Monthly Online Coaching
Worried about staying on track with your program on your own? Monthly coaching is the perfect way to supplement an online program, and adds a layer of accountability to your training!

Monthly online coaching includes assessments, progress tracking, 1 on 1 support with a trainer, and unlimited modifications to your program. Additionally you will get access to a mobile application with diet plans, before and after photo tools, as well as workout demonstration videos for your program.
Monthly online coaching can be added to any program for just, $89/month.

In addition to personalized program design, Total Performance Fitness offers several ready made programs. If you're interested in getting acclimated with how online training can be beneficial to you, but not yet ready for a fully personalized approach, this is a perfect way to get started!

This program is great for busy individuals with little time to make it to the gym. This at-home workout plan takes 30 minutes of your time, and in just 30 days will have you burning fat, building lean muscle, and increasing flexibility for a TOTAL fitness upgrade. No equipment required- just a yoga or stretching mat!
