Off-Season Hockey Training

Total Performance Fitness Offseason Hockey Training is built for players who want to get faster, stronger, and more explosive before the season starts. Our programs combine high-performance strength training, speed and agility work, and hockey-specific conditioning to help athletes improve power, durability, and on-ice performance. Every athlete gets coached with intent, held to a high standard, and progressed through a plan that fits their age, skill level, and goals—so they’re ready to compete at their best when puck drop hits.

In-Season Training

Total Performance Fitness In-Season Hockey Training is designed to help players stay strong, fast, and healthy throughout the grind of the season. Our program focuses on maintaining strength and power, improving mobility, and keeping athletes durable while managing fatigue around games and practices. Sessions are efficient, high-quality, and adjusted week-to-week so players can perform at a high level, recover properly, and stay consistent all season long.
